Our Promise: The torch comes from a limited demonstration pool so will not be brand new and may feature wear and tear. It will however be fully functional. In the event of loss it is your responsibility, however wear and tear is expected. These things are pretty rugged!

We ask you do as we would rather you have a new one, your own and will custom mark it FREE OF CHARGE if required. Helios Torch Demo & Review: Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Helios Torch Demo & Review program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.0 Eligibility
1.1: To participate in this program, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom.
1.2: You must provide accurate contact information to receive the demo.
1.3: A deposit link will be sent for 50% RRP and item dispatched on the day the deposit is paid, fully refunded on the day it is returned and landed with us in working order.
1.4: We will cover shipping out to you and a returns label.
2.0: Demo Lease Agreement
2.1: The Helios Torch is leased to you for a limited period of 14 days from the day you recieve it, which will be specified at the time of agreement.
2.2: The torch must be returned in the same condition it was provided, free of any damage, loss, or modifications.
3.0: Return of Torch
3.1: The Helios Torch must be returned by the specified date. Failure to return the torch on time may result in additional charges or legal action for non-return.
3.2: The torch must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation it was originally supplied with. Missing accessories will be charged at website price
4.0:Condition of the Torch
You agree to handle the Helios Torch with care during the demo period. If the torch is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession, you are responsible for the full replacement cost, which will be determined by Helios at the full RRP or current sales price at the time of release (if on sale).
5.0: Review Requirement
You agree to provide an honest, detailed review of the Helios Torch. The review should reflect your genuine experience with the product. Helios reserves the right to use your review for marketing purposes, but will not alter the content without your permission.
6.0: No Ownership Rights
The Helios Torch remains the property of Helios at all times. This program does not grant you any ownership rights, and no title to the product is transferred to you.
7.0: Use of Personal Information
By participating, you agree to allow Helios to collect and use your personal information (name, contact details, review) for the purpose of administering the program. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
8.0: Limitation of Liability
Helios is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the torch. You assume all risks associated with handling the product. Helios’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
9.0: Termination of Participation
Helios reserves the right to terminate or cancel your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. In the event of cancellation, you must immediately return the Helios Torch.
10.0:Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helios, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or misuse of the product, or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
11.0: Amendments
Helios reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be bound by the updated terms upon your continued participation in the program.
By agreeing to participate in this demo and review program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
