We are a UK based company with service, spares and repair all possible at our dedicated UK site. Most torches carry our lifetime guarantee, some a 5 year guarantee. Regardless, we will not leave you in the dark!

Your warranty or return will be processed as soon as possible but usually on the day we receive it. Depending on the work that is carried required, it may take up to 7 days to establish and rectify.

We do not cover the initial shipping to us but will cover the cost of the return to you. As per our policy, if we cant fix it we will replace it. Please see our warranty terms so you know what is covered, a quote and authorisation will be raised if it is not covered within the warranty policy so have your details is important to avoid delays.
