Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by Development Consultants International Distribution LTD - T/A Helios UK, located at 1 BUTLER CLOSE, NOTTINGHAM, NG12 3AF, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA, aged 18 or over.
3. Entry Method
Participants may enter the prize draw by: Following @Real Helios on the specified social media platform(s), sharing posts or commenting and/or Subscribing to the website on the home page. Only one entry per person is permitted and registered to their email, multiple entires can be obtained by using both email and social media shares as show below.
Multiple entries by email from the same person may be disqualified.
Entering your email on the website - 1 Entry (must be completed to access the below and be entered in the competition)
Sharing on Social Media - 1 Additional Entry
Liking the post - 1 Additional Entry
Commenting which prize you want to win on a social post - 1 Additional Entry
Sharing to your story and tagging us - 1 Additional Entry
That's 5 entries per person possible

4. Prize
The prize is a choice of either the NEW ARTHUR J-19 (Black or Blue), OSKAR F-29 or ELSA F-26 Helios flashlights. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no alternative prizes are available.
5. Prize Draw Period
The prize draw opens on 1/11/2025 and closes on 30/11/2025 at 23:59hrs GMT. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via [social media DM/email] within [5 days] of the closing date.
The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, we reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will only be used to administer the prize draw and to send marketing emails if consent is given.Data will be stored in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
8. Publicity
By entering the prize draw, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions[
We reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of breaching these terms or acting fraudulently. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Liability
We accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance/use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
